Who we are

USbznes is a product of Labs Kai. We are a private company and not a government agency. We are not affiliated with any Secretary of State or other filing office.

These terms cover usbznes.com, the USbznes app, the MCP server and the REST API. By creating an account or using an API key, you agree to them.

The data

USbznes shows business filings that states publish as public records. Each record names the state it came from. We read each state on its own schedule, and coverage differs by state: the coverage page shows what we have.

We give you the records as the state published them. They can be late, incomplete or wrong, and a filing can change after we read it. We don't promise that any record is accurate, complete or current.

The address on a filing is often a registered agent, a mailbox or a home. A filing tells you that a business registered, not that it is open or wants to hear from you.

How you may use it

• Follow the laws that apply to your outreach, including CAN-SPAM for email, the TCPA and the Do Not Call rules for calls and texts, and any state rules.
• Honor every opt-out. Companies that asked to be removed are left out of your lists, exports and alerts; don't contact them through other means using our data.
• Don't use USbznes to decide anyone's eligibility for credit, insurance, employment or housing. USbznes is not a consumer reporting agency and the data is not a consumer report.
• Don't resell or republish the data in bulk as a competing data product.
• Don't try to get around plan limits, rate limits or another workspace's access.

Your account

Keep your password and API keys private. Anything done with your key counts as done by your workspace. If a key leaks, rotate it on the Keys page.

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts other customers at risk. We'll tell you why when we can.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Calls past your plan's allowance and postcards are billed as described in the app before you use them. Cancellations and refunds follow our refund policy.

Liability

USbznes is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Labs Kai is not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
