This is my business, or I'm allowed to act for it.

We use these details only to find your records.

What we hold: Business names, addresses and officer names that a Secretary of State published in a new filing. Nothing else about you.
What removal does: Your business and address go on our suppression list. No USbznes customer can send you a postcard, and you're left out of their mailing lists and exports.
How long it takes: Postcards stop as soon as you confirm. The rest is finished within 45 days.
What we can't change: The state's own public record, which stays searchable. To change it, contact the Secretary of State where the business was filed.
