Six states live.
Each one, as it is.

Every state publishes new filings on its own schedule, with its own rules about officers. So we show each state on its own, with the time we last read it. Pick a state to see what you get.

Coming next.

California

Weekly files are ordered. Officer data is unconfirmed until the first file arrives.

Nevada

A one-time file is ordered. Nevada filings list officers.

Montana

Records are bought per filing. Cadence and officers are unconfirmed.

No dates: a state goes live when its first file passes our checks.

Not available, and why.

Illinois

The state's terms ban automated queries, and it blocks data-center traffic.

Alaska

The state's site blocks automated access.

Vermont

Filings sit behind a login, and we could not verify the data.

Virginia

We could not confirm how fresh the state's data is.

Kansas

State law restricts using the data for commercial solicitation.

Delaware

The state sells bulk data only on restricted, costly terms, so there is no affordable feed yet.

7 more states

Washington, Alabama, Idaho, Michigan, Missouri, New Hampshire, New Mexico. The state does not offer its new filings as bulk data.

Where the data comes from.

Only public filings from each Secretary of State. Every record in the app, the API and your exports links back to its source filing.

Before a filing reaches you, we flag holding companies and registered-agent or mailbox addresses with a shell-risk badge. If we can't tell what a business does, it stays unclassified.
